Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a good time, the Heartland Harvest 5K and Kids 1-Mile Fun Run are great ways to get active and celebrate Heartland Community College!
Participants in the 5K race/walk will receive:
- Chip timing
- Race t-shirt (only guaranteed if registered by September 29)
- Race-day packet and sponsor swag
- Age-group prizes
- Medals for the top two runners in each male and female age group
- 11-14
- 15-18
- 19-22
- 23-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70+
Children under 10 are invited to participate in our 1-Mile Fun Run. This fun-filled mile is safe, non-competitive, and intended to inspire young runners get active!
The Fun Run will start at 12:05 PM on October 26th.
NO DOGS ALLOWED. Upon accepting my application and in consideration of allowing me to enter this event, which I agree is at my own risk and entirely of my own free will I hereby for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, waive, release, and discharge Heartland Community College, Heartland Community College Foundation, Normal CornBelters Baseball LLC and Corn Crib Associates LLC, race organizers, race volunteers, sponsors, and promoters from any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any losses, injury, or other damage sustained in any activities during or surrounding the event.
On the day of the race (10/26), packets will be available for pickup beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the Fitness and Recreation Center gymnasium.
Race shirts are only guaranteed to participants registered by October 6.
